Also known as Lambo or Beetle doors, these doors rotate upwards vertically, rather than opening outwards. Fixed in front with a hinge they can be converted from a regular door. They have been around for some time, but still impress the clients and buyers. To install these doors you do not need to modify the body of the vehicle but rather replace the hinge that supports the doors.
Gull-wing Doors
These doors are quite impressive, but require much more work that the Lambo doors. Gull-wing Doors hinged on the front facing edge of the door at the top of the vehicle. They swing outwards and create an image of wings if looked at from the front. Having these doors on a limo is the latest trend in limo rentals Chicago industry. They allow more space when entering the vehicle. Installing Gull-wing Doors is difficult and require vehicle body remodeling.
Suicide Doors
Suicide doors have been around for a long time but are not as popular as the doors previously mentioned. They are hinged at the back trailing edge. Installing such doors in a limousine Chicago requires remodeling or the body of the vehicle. this could be really prisey and the result is not as attractive as the Gull-wing Doors.
